The "Configuration backup display" submenu
The Configuration backup display submenu is only visible if a display module is
connected to the device.
The configuration of the device can be saved to the display module at a certain point of time
(backup). The saved configurateion can be restored to the device if required, e.g. in order to bring
the device back into a defined state. The configuration can also be transferred to a different device
of the same type using the display module.
Configurations can only be exchanged between devices which are in the same operating
mode (see the Setup ® Operating mode parameter).

Diagnostics ® Operating time
Use this function to display the length of time the device has been in operation up to now.
Days (d), hours (h), minutes (m) and seconds (s)
Display
The maximum number of days is 9999, which is equivalent to 27 years.
Setup ® Advanced setup ® Conf. backup display ® Last backup
Use this function to display the time when a backup copy of the data was last saved to the display
module.

Setup ® Advanced setup ® Conf. backup display ® Config. managem.
Use this function to select an action to save the data to the display module. While this action is in
progress, the configuration cannot be edited via the local display and a message on the processing
status appears on the display.
