This command formats the number of seconds into a date (DD MMM YYY).

The date returned is in the form: DD MMM YYYY, where DD is the day of the month, MMM
is the month, and YYYY is the year.
The day is a blank lled to two character positions. Single ASCII spaces delimit the day,
month, and year.
The rst letter of the month is capitalized and the rest are lowercase charters.
Years less than the year 0 are expressed as negative years.
