NWIND UNIT
Installation:
Clean the following threads (of threadlocker):

PCB fixings [232B]
Lever plate fixings [233D]
Install unwind unit sensor complete with PCB

[232D], securing nuts [232B] with Loctite 243. Fol-
low the threadlock manufacturer's instructions for
use.
Connect the plug connections [232C].

Fit washer disc [233B] [234B] to ball bearing [234A]

in dancer arm using grease.
Fit shaft with brake [233A] into dancer arm [233E].

Screw lever plate [233C] into place, securing screws

[233D] with Loctite 243. Follow the threadlock ma-
nufacturer's instructions for use.
Insert cable bushing with O-Ring [232A] from the in-

side and screw tight.
Grease the brass bushing [235C] and guideway in

the control lever [235B] well. When doing so, ensure
brake linings remain free of grease.
Fix control lever in correct mounting position: Secu-

re the brass bushing in the marked position in the
dancer arm casing [235A].
[235] Mount control lever in its prescribed mounting position
