The 16O-9xB provides 16 open collector digital (transistor driven) outputs which can be configured as Lamp
Outputs (for remote Annunciator display) or Horn Outputs (for connection to Regulator Module Horn Input) via
the web browser.
Connection to the card is via a two part screw terminal connector block
