Addressing Notes:
The module addressing will determine how to configure the system using the WEB Browser. System
addressing is done at the factory. There is no need to set up the modules you have in your system. If
replacing a module in your system, duplicate all card settings in the replacement module. If adding a new
module to your system, follow the guidelines below.
1. Analog Input Modules need to be addressed as the first inputs in the system. Keep in mind that the
8 channel Analog Input Module uses the equivalent of 32 alarm inputs.
2. No duplication of switch settings is allowed for the same group of inputs/outputs.
3. Alarm inputs are reserved for inputs 1-128. Control Inputs typically start at input number 129
(factory default), but can use any input from 1-192.
Note: If the control input is assigned to an input from 1-128, it will show up in the Active Alarm and
Event Log.
4. The card slot positions in the rack are universal, so any card can go on any location.
