Installation and start-up must be performed by trained and qualified personnel. If the unit is not
installed and operated as specified, the protection provided by the unit may be impaired.
Before start-up it is important to ensure that:
• The unit can be powered down by a switch, or a circuit breaker, clearly marked as the
disconnecting device for the unit. The maximum rating of the disconnecting device is 20 A.
• The disconnecting device is located in close proximity to the unit.
• The equipment is not in a position so that it is difficult to operate the disconnecting device.
• The protective earth terminal is properly connected to protective earth ground.
• The Power Supply line(s) have been connected securely and protection is provided against
electric shock.
