Returns the Maintenance status of the unit, in the form aaaa;bbbbb;ccc, response
is semicolon-delimited, where:
aaaa=Remote Unit Address
bbbbb=Remote Baud Rate
ccc=Reference oscillator tuning voltage DAC value (present only if a reference
oscillator is installed)
