Total video frames encoded and streamed by the encoder.
Frames dropped due to congestion or overloading. If this
happens you may need to lower the resolution or frame rate.
Frames discarded to limit the short term video bit rate. If this
happens, increase the Rate Control Setting and/or the
Target Bit Rate.
