Presentation Features Interface

The Presenter encoder user interface varies slightly from a standard encoder interface in that
it provides several indicators for how your video sources and Presenter Mode are operating.
Further, some left menu navigation features and options have been added and modified.
Note: For the sake of simplicity, both Presenter encoders and those encoders that
have the Presenter Encoder Feature License installed are referred to as a "Presenter
encoder" going forward.

Presenter Mode Status Bar

The first item of note is that admins are always aware of the presentation's status in Presenter
Mode by the Presenter Mode Status Bar at the top of the left navigation menu.
The Presenter Mode Status Bar appears on every screen in the Presenter encoder left
navigation menu and may be in one of four states:
VBrick 9000 Encoder Admin Guide
: Status when Presenter Mode is not currently
Program Stopped
being accessed.
: Status when Presenter Mode has been started but is not
Paused
broadcasting or recording. While in this state, the audience may
watch the stream but will see a static image that informs them the
presentation is paused. Audio is muted. This is different from "Not
Broadcasting" which is used when the stream may not be watched
at all. (See Below)
: Status when Presenter Mode has been started and is
Broadcasting
currently broadcasting to a live audience.
