safely remove a USB drive. Use the Monitor > Monitor Archivers page to check the
current status of the archiver(s).

Description
Default = Enabled. If enabled, the recorder will create a series of
files and the files will be numbered incrementally. To create a
"forever archive," check Enable Batch Mode and set
Existing File Mode to
Overwrite
Used only when batch mode is enabled to set the length of time
recorded into each of the files in a batch. Range 30–7200 sec (12
hours) or check
Maximum
Used with Batch Mode. Default = 20. Sets the number of batch
files (2–9999) that will be recorded before "wrapping over" the
previously recorded files (from lowest to highest batch number).
• Overwrite – Default. The archiver will automatically
overwrite an existing file with the same name.
• Error on Duplicate – The archiver will display an error
message and not overwrite an existing file with the same
name. Not allowed if start Mode is
Archiving | Stopped | Disabled | Error

• None – Do not FTP the file after archiving.
• Auto FTP – Automatically FTP the file and save copy on
encoder.
• Auto FTP then Delete – Automatically FTP the file and
delete from encoder.
