Presenter Encoder Video Encoder Status Video Monitoring

Encoder status video input monitoring on a standard encoder is found under the Monitor >
Encoder Status > Video left navigation menu. Both input and encoding are handled within
the same line entries.
Similar to the

these two functions. Encoder rates are separated from the video input on a Presenter
encoder.
