Removing the Front Cover

If you are installing or replacing a removable media drive, you need
to remove the front cover. First remove the side cover as described in
"Removing the Side Cover" on page 16 then follow these steps:
1. Press on the sliding front panel to open it. (See Figure 1-8.)
The panel automatically slides down into the cover.
2. Pull up on the latch inside the top of the cover, as shown in
Figure 2-2, and pull the cover away from the system.
