Key Label Definition
Miss Displays the list of missed calls.
New Call Begins a new call.
Option Opens a menu of input options.
Park Puts a call on hold at a designated "park"
number.
PrivHold Puts a call on hold on an active shared
line.
PickUp Allows a user to answer a call ringing
on another extension by entering the
extension number.
PIP icon Allows user to move PIP to one of the
four corners of the screen or turn PIP
off.
Recents Displays the All calls list from call
history.
Redial Displays the redial list.
Resume Resumes a call that is on hold.
Right arrow icon Moves the cursor to the right.
Settings Provides access to "Information and
Settings".
Show video Provides access to the video session
while on a connected video call and the
call list is in view
