Avoid These While Operating the
Printer
Doing the things mentioned below when the printer is in operation might result in an injury.
l Do not put your hands or any object on the table
Do not put your hands on the movement channel of the carriage when the power is on.
Also, do not put anything on the table other than the printing paper.
Make sure that the thickness of the paper is 50 mm (1.97 inch) or less.
l Do not disturb the carriage operation
Do not manually move the carriage during operation (during printing or cleaning). If the carriage is manually
moved during operation, an operational error message is displayed.
l Do not put your hands or any object on the bearing part
Do not put your hands, feet or any object on the Y-bar or on the bearing part on the right side of the main
body.
