Adjusting the Bidirectional Print
Drop Position
If you change the printing conditions (such as media thickness and head height), do the following to correct
the ink drop position for bidirectional printing (Bi) to acquire the proper printing results:

Correcting the Drop Position

Set the media and set the print origin.
"Setting up the Media" (P. 2-5)

In LOCAL, press the [ADJUST] key twice.

Press the [ENTER] key.

• Available settings: Y300dpi/Y600dpi/Y1200dpi
• Make the correction for all the resolutions.

Press the [ENTER] key.

Press the [ENTER] key to start pattern print.
• The test pattern is printed. (They are called pattern 1, 2, 3... in the order in which they were
printed)
