5.4.4 Axis Calibration - Running the calibration procedure
Action
Reinstall the protective plug and sealing in the
bushing on each axis, directly after the axis has
been calibrated. Ensure that the sealing is not
damaged.
Tighten the plug lightly so that the sealing washer
is just about fastened between the plug and the
bushing. Then tighten 1/4 turn more.
Replace the plug and the sealing with new spare
part, if missing or damaged.
Refit the special protection plug to the turning
disc using the tool included in the calibration tool
box.
Remove the tool from the protection plug.
