PRE-OPERATION PROCEDURES

The following flowchart shows the setup and procedures for operation.
Start (continued from Section 5.2.1)
Check box
Install a battery in the EtherNet/IP module.
Mount the EtherNet/IP module on the base unit.
Set the following in GX Works2.
I/O assignment
Intelligent function module detailed setting
Connect the personal computer and the QCPU with
a cable.
Power on the programmable controller.
Write the parameters set in GX Works2.
Power off and then on the programmable controller, or
reset the QCPU.
Set the following in Utility package, based on the
considerations in Section 5.2.1.
IP Address
Common Parameter
Class1 Tag Parameter
Class3/UCMM Tag Parameter
Refresh Parameter
Write the parameters set in Utility package.
Power off and then on the programmable controller, or
reset the QCPU.
