Set the total of the extended sizes of Class1 Input Area and Class1 Output Area.
Default setting: 8192 words
Maximum data size: 16384 words
Set the extended size of Class1 Input Area.
Default setting: 4096 words

The extended size of Class1 Output Area is displayed.
The value is automatically obtained by subtracting the size set in "Input Area Size" from the size set in
"Input/Output Area Size" of "Class1".
The total of the extended sizes of Class3/UCMM Input Area and Class3/UCMM Output Area is displayed.
The value is automatically obtained by subtracting "Input/Output Area Size" of "Class1" from the
maximum data size (16384 words).
