Transmit Phase-Lock Loop fault.

Demodulator is not locked to a signal.
Demod Lock
Receive Power Level has tripped AGC alarm point.

CnC Lock
Carrier-in-Carrier is enabled but not locked.
For enabled optional synchronous interfaces this alarm indicates a
