Use the STM‐1 Copper PIIC module in either of the CDM‐750 rear panel interface option slots.
The PIIC module features an SFP (Small Form Factor Pluggable) docking cage that accepts the
Comtech EF Data SFP STM‐1 transceiver module (Figure B‐6).
User‐supplied standard modules (SFP Multi‐Source Agreement (MSA) SFF‐8074i and SFF‐
8472 Rev. 9.3) may be used, but Comtech EF Data does not guarantee interoperability.
See Figure B‐1 for installation of a PIIC module into an available PIIC interface slot.
