5.1.2 Keypad
The function of the keypad is as follows:

Use this key to...
...display the nested menu for a selected function, or to execute (save) a configuration change.
From the opening screen, press ENTER once to display the SELECT: (Main) menu.
...back out of a selection or to cancel a configuration change that has not been executed using
ENTER. Press [CLR] to return to the previous menu screen or, if pressed repeatedly, to the
opening screen. From the opening screen, press CLEAR once to display the SELECT: (Main)
menu.
...navigate between available selections, or to move the cursor position, on any menu screen.
...scroll through pre-defined parameter settings that are available at the current cursor position,
and to change (edit) the alphanumeric selection (i.e., numbers for configuration data, letters for
text strings) at the current cursor position.
The keypad has an auto‐repeat feature. When a
key is held down for more than 1 second, the key
action will repeat, automatically, at the rate of 15
keystrokes per second. This is particularly useful
when editing numeric fields, with many digits, such
as frequency or data rate.
