Headlight bulb: Removal - Refitting

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION

Note:
When replacing a bulb, only use approved bulbs.
DISCHARGE LAMPS
a
WARNING
T o prevent any breakages, handle the bulb by its
base. If you should touch the glass, clean it with
alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
WARNING
The bulb must be handled with care.
The external conductor is very fragile and must
not be damaged.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
1 - Direction indicator bulb
a Refit a SPH24WY bulb on the headlight.
HEADLIGHTS
a Turn the indicator bulb clockwise.
2 - Front fog light bulb
a Refit a H11 bulb on the front fog light.
a Turn the front fog light bulb a quarter of a turn clock-
3 - Side light bulbs
a Refit a W5W bulb on the side light bulb holder.
a Clip the side light bulb holder on the headlight.
a Refit the sealing cover.
4 - Dipped beam headlight bulb
a Clip a H7 bulb onto the headlight.
a Connect the connector to the dipped beam headlight
a Refit the sealing cover.
5 - Main beam headlight bulbs
a Refit a H7 bulb onto the headlight.
a Lock the clip onto the headlight.
a Connect the connector to the main beam headlight

a Refit the sealing cover.
6 - Additional cornering light bulb
a Refit:
a Turn the bulb holder a quarter turn clockwise.
a Refit the sealing cover.
7 - Xenon bulb
a Connect the xenon bulb connector to a D1S bulb.
a Refit a bulb on the headlight.
a Turn the xenon bulb locking ring a quarter of a turn

WITHOUT DISCHARGE LAMPS
