AIR BAG AND PRETENSIONERS
Rear seat belt buckle: Removal - Refitting
Equipment required
set of feeler gauges
Tightening torquesm
bolts of the rear seat
belt buckles
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Switch off the ignition.
a Remove the rear bench seat base (see Rear bench
seat base: Removal - Refitting) (76A, Rear seat
frames and runners).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the bolts (1) ,
- the seat belt buckles.
B91 or K91
a Unclip the connector at (2) and (3) .
44 N.m
a Unclip the connectors of the rear seat belt buckles
using a set of feeler gauges at (4) .
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
B91 or K91
a Clip the connector on the rear left-hand buckle
mounting.
a Connect the connectors of the rear seat belt buck-
les.
a Refit the rear seat belt buckles.
a Torque tighten the bolts of the rear seat belt buck-
les (44 N.m).
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the rear bench seat base (see Rear bench
seat base: Removal - Refitting) (76A, Rear seat
frames and runners).
