Engine wiring: Removal - Refitting
K9K or M9R
a Refit:
- the nut on the intercooler inlet air pipe,
- the bolt on the intercooler inlet air pipe,
a Tighten:
- the nut on the intercooler inlet air pipe,
- the bolt on the intercooler inlet air pipe.
a Clip the engine wiring onto the injector rail protector
cover.
a Connect:
- the camshaft position sensor connector,
- the damper valve connector,
- the intercooler outlet air pipe on the damper valve.
a Tighten the clip on the intercooler outlet pipe.
M9R
a Refit the injector rail protector (see Injector rail pro-
tector: Removal - Refitting) (13B, Diesel injection).
a Refit:
- the max fuse box,
- the bolt on the max fuse box.
a Tighten the bolt on the max fuse box.
a Refit the passenger compartment wiring harness in
the max fuse box.
a Clip the fuse holders onto the max fuse box.
a Refit:
- the max fuse box fuses,
- the max fuse box cover,
- the engine undertray,
- the engine undertray bolts.
a Tighten the engine undertray bolts.
a Refit:
- the injection computer (see Diesel injection com-
puter: Removal - Refitting) (13B, Diesel injec-
tion),
- the air filter box (see Air filter unit: Removal - Re-
fitting) (12A, Fuel mixture),
- the engine cover,
