D E S C R I P T I O N
Sets the number of minutes after which the router
should disconnect regardless of traffic.
Returns the number of minutes the router is
configured to disconnect regardless of traffic.
Sets the number of minutes that the router should
regularly attempt to connect.

configured to regularly attempt to connect.
Sets the number of minutes that the router should
randomise the dial time by.
