The following errors occur to various set values made in the positioning setting menu of the
programming tool and ladder programs.

Countermeasures
Check the following items in the
settings of the axis group and
independent axis.
• The same axis number has
been registered in more than
one group.
• Four or more axes have been
set in one group.
• The group is composed of
one axis only.
Check if the unit is one of the
followings.
pulse, µm, inch, degree
Check the set value.
If the set value is out of the
range, reduce it by the
following formula.
