Cause
The bus is in the data exchange state and
clock synchronous operation has been
selected using the parameterizing tele-
gram. It was not possible to synchronize to
the clock cycle specified by the master.
The master does not send a clock
•
synchronous global control telegram
although clock synchronous operation
was selected when configuring the bus.
The master is using another clock
•
synchronous DP clock cycle than was
transferred to the slave in the parame-
terizing telegram.
At least one drive object has a pulse
•
enable (not controlled from PROFIdrive
either).
The bus is in the data exchange state and
clock synchronous operation has been
selected using the parameterizing tele-
gram.
Synchronization with the master sign-of-life
(STW2.12...STW2.15) could not be com-
pleted because the sign-of-life is changing
differently to how it was configured in the
Tmapc time grid.
The alarm threshold for overtemperature at
the inverter heat sink has been reached.
If the temperature of the heat sink increas-
es by an additional 5 K, then fault F30004
is initiated.
The motor temperature model 1/3 identi-
fied that the alarm threshold was exceed-
ed.
The status of the absolute encoder ad-
justment has changed.
In order to permanently save the deter-
mined position offset (p2525), it must be
saved in a non-volatile fashion (p0977).

Remedy
Check the master application and bus
•
configuration.
Check the consistency between the clock
•
cycle input when configuring the slave
and clock cycle setting at the master.
Check that no drive object has a pulse
•
enable. Only enable the pulses after syn-
chronizing the PROFIdrive.
Ensure that the master correctly increments
the sign-of-life in the master application clock
cycle Tmapc.
Check the following:
Is the surrounding temperature within the
•
defined limit values?
Have the load conditions and the load
•
duty cycle been appropriately dimen-
sioned?
Has the cooling failed?
•
Check the motor load and reduce it if
•
required.
Check the motor surrounding tempera-
•
ture.
Not necessary.
This alarm automatically disappears after the
offset has been saved.
