If you specify the vpn-instance keyword in an ACL rule, the rule does not take effect. The other optional
parameters except the time-range keyword and the fragment keyword in the ACL rules are ignored.
If you configure the interface as a static member interface for a multicast group or a multicast source and
group, this configuration has no effect on the multicast group or the multicast source and group.

Use igmp last-member-query-count to set the IGMP last member query count on an interface.
Use undo igmp last-member-query-count to restore the default.
