6. Remove the CD-RW/DVD drive from the cartridge: See Figure 4- -24,
page 4- -40 for instruments serial numbered B029999 and below. See Figure
4- -25, page 4- -41 for instruments serial numberd B030000 and above.
a. Remove the four small Phillips screws that fasten the CD-RW/DVD
drive to the mounting frame.
b. Remove the drive from the mounting frame.
7. Remove the interface circuit board. Detach the interface cicuit board from
the CD-RW/DVD drive.
8. Reinstallation: Do in reverse steps 6 and 7 to reinstall the mounting frame to
the CD-RW/DVD drive.
