The flow paths
The flow paths for fluid and blood are shown in different colours on the panel:
Dialyzer
path
Blood path
The blood path ligths up (red) as soon as the
machine detects blood. Locks in blood mode
after 20 seconds.
Bypass path
The bypass path is lit when the dialysis fluid is
manually or automatically bypassing the dia-
lyzer.
During certain alarm situations, and during the
self-calibration of the UF-system, the machine
will automatically bypass the dialyzer.

Ultrafiltration
path
Dialyzer path
The dialyzer path is lit when dialysis fluid
passes through the dialyzer.
Colours: Green = Fluid is correct
Orange = Fluid incorrect
(wrong Temp and/or Cond)
Ultrafiltration path
The ultrafiltration path is yellow during isolated
UF and during bypass.
