ELT - Earth Leakage Current Test
Let the machine pass FCH.
Measure the earth leakage current with the safety tester.
Take the highest reading when the machine is running.
Invert the phases of the mains voltage. The machine might
restart.
Take the highest reading when the machine is running.
Check that the highest measured readings don't exceed the limit
values in following table:
