sonet: Sets framing format to synchronous optical network (SONET).

link-delay

Use link-delay to set the link state change suppression interval on a POS interface.
Use undo link-delay to restore the default.

link-delay seconds
undo link-delay

Link state change suppression is disabled on the POS interface.

seconds: Sets the link state change suppression interval on the POS interface in the range of 0 to 10
seconds.
Usage guidelines
This command prevents frequent link state changes within an interval.
