Setting SSM

Procedure
To set the SSM function, proceed as follows:
1. In the main screen form of the extended functions, select the SSM safety function.
2. Set the following in this screen form:

– You do not need to set the filter time
You have set the SSM function.
The SSM function is active immediately after commissioning has been completed.
If you have set the SSM feedback signal for pulse cancellation
switching on the motor, you must maintain a specific signal sequence. See also the section
Switching on the motor when SSM is active (Page 213).
