Step 5. To reinstall the feet in the location, push the tab of the feet into the right place of the server.
Removing the air baffle
Use this information to remove the air baffle from the server.
Read the safety information in "Safety" on page v and "Installation guidelines" on page 29.
If you are replacing a server component in the server, you need to turn off the server and peripheral devices,
and disconnect the power cords and all external cables.
Attention: The server automatically powers off when the air baffle is removed.
To remove the air baffle, complete the following steps.
Step 1. Carefully turn the server on its side so that it is lying flat, with the cover facing up.
Attention: Do not allow the server to fall over.
Step 2. Unlock and remove the left-side cover (see "Removing the left-side cover" on page 182).
Step 3. Press the release latches on both sides of the air baffle, and pull the air baffle up from the server
and set it aside.
