Your pump stores important records for your review. You can access your pump's history and view it
directly on your pump screen. If you are using the Dexcom G4 PLATINUM Sensor and Transmitter with
your pump, and want to view CGM History, see Chapter 7 in Section II.
Your pump stores basal rates, boluses, alarms and settings. Your pump stores these records
indefinitely, even when batteries are removed.

Your pump displays the last 500 Bolus records.

From the HISTORY menu, select "Bolus".
The screen displays the following:
• Bolus Record number
• Date of bolus
• Time of bolus
• Type of bolus delivered
˚ Normal
˚ Combo
˚ Audio
• Amount of bolus programmed and delivered
• Status of bolus
˚ ACTIVE
˚ COMPLETED
˚ CANCELED
• If ezBG or ezCarb was used

To view other Bolus records first scroll up to highlight the record field. Press
mode (indicated by flashing cursor).
