If the output amplitude of your DUT is not sufficient to provide an adequate
measurement noise floor, it will be necessary to insert a low noise amplifier
between the DUT and the downconverter input. (Refer to
Device"
on page 122 for details on determining the effect that the
amplifier's noise will have on the measured noise floor.)
From the Measurement menu, choose New Measurement. See
When the Do you want to perform a New Calibration and Measurement?
prompt appears, click Yes.
When the Connect Diagram dialog box appears, click on the hardware
drop-down arrow and select your hardware configuration from the list. See
Figure 140
on page 193.
