After changing the PROFIBUS DP address, you must switch the electronic/encoder power supply 1L+ off and on. The

new PROFIBUS DP address is applied when you switch on.
Status indicator DC24V
The green LED DC24V is lit when the 2L+ load voltage supply is connected. If the LED is not
lit, check to see if the power supply is switched on and the fuse is functioning.

Meaning
No error in current data exchange between the DP
slave and the DP master. The interface module is
supplied with power (electronic/encoder).
Electronic/encoder supply missing or too low at the
interface module.
Defective hardware.
DP slave in startup mode.
Connection to DP master failed.
DP slave cannot detect the baud rate.
Bus interruption
DP slave is out of service
Diagnostic message.
ET 200pro hardware fault.
The configuration data transferred from the DP
master to the DP slave does not match the DP
slave configuration.
The DP slave has detected the baud rate, but is not
addressed by the DP master.
The DP slave is not configured.
The set PROFIBUS DP address is not permissible.
Remedy

Switch on the electronic/encoder power
supply for the DP slave.
Replace the interface module.

Check the PROFIBUS DP connection.
Check the DP master.
Check all cables in your PROFIBUS DP
network.
Check whether the PROFIBUS DP
connectors are firmly plugged in on the
connection module.
Analyze the diagnostic data.
Replace the defective module.
Check the DP slave configuration
(I/O, PROFIBUS DP address)
Check the PROFIBUS DP address of
the DP slave.
Check the DP slave configuration
(station type).
Select a valid PROFIBUS DP address.
