When PBM is "1", the port B pins are set as a general-purpose port; when PBM is "0", the port
B pins are set as address pins.
When PBPU is "1", the port B pins are pulled up.
Note : The setting of PBPU that pulls up (or does not pull up ) the port B pins can be made regardless
of the value of PBM.
