– Pry out the shaft sealing ring for the input shaft using the -
T20143/1- .
Note
Do not damage the seal running surface on the input shaft.
– Fill space between sealing lip and dust lip -arrow- halfway with
sealing grease -G 052 128 A1- .
– Lightly oil outer circumference of new shaft seal.
– Drive in the shaft sealing ring using the -T40008- until it is flush.
– Install the clutch slave cylinder with the release bearing. Refer
to ⇒ "4.7 Slave Cylinder with Release Bearing", page 39

♦ Pulling Hook -T20143/1-
♦ Sealing grease -G 052 128 A1-
Procedure
– Completely remove the air filter housing. Refer to ⇒ Fuel In‐
jection and Ignition; Rep. Gr. 24 ; Removal and Installation .
