This entry is used when you are running some integrated third-party software along with the
GroupWise client, and that software might be locking some GroupWise client DLLs. If GroupWise
client DLLs are locked, the GroupWise client software cannot be installed. Specify the service for
the client Setup program to stop before it installs the GroupWise client software. To determine the
service name, use the name as it appears in the list provided by Control Panel > Administrative
Tools > Services.
