Brake systems - Edition 11.2018
– Release fixing nuts -arrows-.
– Lower front axle with steering gear to service position ⇒ Run‐
ning gear, axles, steering; Rep. gr. 40 ; Assembly carrier;
lower assembly carrier .
– Remove the brake servo unit downwards out of the vehicle.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing,
observe the following:
– Clip the brake pedal onto the brake servo

– Fill up with new brake fluid.
– Bleed brake system

Vehicles fitted with a manual gearbox

clutch mechanism .
Tightening torques - summaries of components

Replace bolts / nuts that are tightened at an angle of rotation, as
well as replacement components after removal.
