13.1 Overview of Communication Function
The "Add Device" dialog box will be displayed.

Select "Modbus COM".

Click the [Add Device] button.
The selected "Modbus_COM" object will be added to the navigator pane.

Right-click the "Modbus_COM" object and then select "Add Device" from the context-
sensitive menu that is displayed.
