Failure of machine control panel 2
Machine control panel (MCP) at machine control panel interface 2 has failed. Timer of
FB1 parameter MCP2Timeout has expired.
- Alarm display.
Check the connection with the MCP. Do not use timer T0 through T9 in the user program.
Increase the value of timer parameter MCP2Timeout. Set MCP2Cycl to the default value.

Failure of handheld unit
Handheld unit (HHU) at handheld unit interface has failed. Timer of FB1 parameter HHU-
Timeout has expired.
- Alarm display.
Check the connection with the HHU. Do not use timer T0 through T9 in the user program.
Increase the value of timer parameter HHU1Timeout. Set HHUCycl to the default value.

Pointer parameter machine control panel 1 incorrect
A pointer is incorrect in the MCP1 parameter range.
- Alarm display.
Correct the PLC configuration in the FB1 parameters.
Switch control OFF - ON.
Pointer parameter machine control panel 2 incorrect
A pointer is incorrect in the MCP 2 parameter range.
- Alarm display.
Correct the PLC configuration in the FB1 parameters.
Switch control OFF - ON.
Pointer parameter handheld unit incorrect
A pointer is incorrect in the HHU parameter range.
- Alarm display.
Correct the PLC configuration in the FB1 parameters.
Switch control OFF - ON.
Access error
MCP or HHU data could not be accessed
- Alarm display.
Check the MCP or HHU parameters of the FB1.
Switch control OFF - ON.
Set change with M06 in the machine data
With the magazine type used (box magazine, chain), changing is possible only with M06.
If necessary, also check for impermissible settings at revolver magazines.
- Alarm display.
Set the value in the channel-specific machine data TOOL_CHANGE_MODE (MD 22550)
to 1.
