Channel %1 block %2 D number with G49
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
G49 (select tool length compensation) and an D word not equal to D0 have been pro-
grammed simultaneously.
- Correction block is reorganized.
- Local alarm reaction.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
- NC Stop on alarm at block end.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 error %3 on interpreting the contents of $SC_CUTDIRMOD
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Error code
An error has occurred on interpreting the string contained in setting data
$SC_CUTDIRMOD. This setting data is always read when a new edge is selected. The
error code indicates the error cause:
1: The string only consists of blanks or a sign
2: Unknown frame name after $P_
3: No colon after the first valid frame name
4: Insufficient memory space on internal creation of a frame
5: Invalid frame index
6: Further characters found after complete string
7: Second frame name after colon is missing
8: Impermissible frame rotation (surface normals are rotated against each other by 90
degrees or more)
9: Invalid frame chain (the first frame must be in front of the second frame in the frame
chain)
10: Invalid axis name
11: Axis is no rotary axis
20: Invalid angle indicated (numerical value)
30: Invalid angle of rotation (no integer multiple of 90 degrees)
- Interpreter stop
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Enter valid string in setting data $SC_CUTDIRMOD.
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program.
Channel %1 block %2 D number and H number programmed simultaneously
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
A D word and H word have been programmed simultaneously.
