Fuel Level Sensor Circuit - Rocket III Touring

Pinpoint Tests
Test
1 Check cable and terminal integrity:
- ECM pin B04
- ECM pin B20
2 Check cable for short circuit:
- ECM pin B04 to ground
3 Check cable continuity:
- ECM pin B04 to sensor pin 1
- ECM pin B20 to sensor pin 2
4 Check cable for short circuit:
- Sensor pin 1 to sensor pin 2
5 Reconnect harness, clear fault code.

Locate and rectify wiring fault, proceed to test
5
Renew fuel level sensor and proceed to test 5
Locate and rectify wiring fault, proceed to test
5
Action complete, quit test
