Summary
In this chapter you'll find an overview of the operator-control and monitoring
capabilities offered by the FM 453.
For operator control and monitoring of the FM 453, a control panel can be
connected to the CPU via the MPI interface (see Figure 1-1).
The module uses the SIMATIC interface (backplane bus) to communicate
with the control panel.
