Oil Cooler Removal

1. Remove the 4 bolts, 2 washers and 4 nuts securing
the fan shroud to the radiator/oil cooler assembly
(Fig. 0097).
2. Remove the backing plate from the radiator/oil
cooler assembly (Fig. 0098).

3. Remove the fan shroud from the radiator/oil cooler
assembly (Fig. 0099).
4. Using a 1/2" wrench, remove the 2 bolts, washers
and lock washers securing the oil cooler to the top
side of the radiator (Fig. 0100).
