Greasing the Traction Unit

Grease all pivot joints every 8 operating hours and
immediately after every washing.
Grease Type: Lithium based NLGI2
1. Lower the loader arm and stop the engine. Remove
the key from the ignition switch.
2. Clean the grease fittings with a rag.
3. Connect grease gun to each fitting and pump grease
into the fittings until grease begins to ooze out
(approximately 3 pumps).
4. Wipe any excess grease.
There are 12 grease fittings on the TX525:
(4) are located on the left side (Fig. 0001).

assembly and the front loader arm assembly (Fig. 0003).
