Removal

1 . Remove t h e rider's seat <see page 16- 13}.
2. Disco n nect the battery, negative (black> lead first.
3 . Remove t h e rear rack (see page 16-20>.
4. Remove the rea r g rab handle bolt.
5 . Remove t h e front nut and b o l t and remove t h e g ra b
handle.

Remove the side panel bolts and n uts. Collect the
pa n n ier mount plates from the bolts.

Remove the side panel lower fixing and remove the
side panel.

Installation

1. Refit the side panel and secu re with the lower fixing.
Do not tighten the fixing at this stage.
2. Refit the pan nier mounting plates to the bolts and
refit the bolts. Refit the n uts and tighten to

4. Refit the grab handle and secu re the front with the
bolt and nut and rear with the bolt. Tig hten both
fixi ngs to
20 Nm.
5 . Refit t h e rea r rack (see page 16-21).

Reco n nect the battery, positive <red> lead first.

Refit the rider's seat (see page 16- 13).
