Installation

1 .
Reconnect the d i rection ind icator connectors.
2 . Hook the front edge o f the panel behind the cockpit
panel and hook the tangs into the grommets on the
fuel tan k.
3 . Refit the rear fixing a n d tig hten t o
4. Fit a new rad iator infi ll panel fixi ng and tighten to
3 N m.
5. Refit the lower rad iator panel (see page 16- 14).
6. Recon nect the battery, positive (red) lead first.

Refit the rider's seat (see page 16- 13).
5 Nm.

Radiator lnfill Panel

Removal

1 .
Remove t h e rider's seat (see page 16- 13).
2 .
Disconnect t h e battery, negative (black> lead first.
3 . Remove the lower rad iator panel (see page 16- 14).
4. Remove the u pper rad iator panel (see page 16- 14).
5. Right hand radiator infill panel only:
clip and detach the clutch cable and expansion tan k
vent hose.
6. I f accessory fog lamps a re fitted, remove the th ree
cable ties and detach the fog lamp wiring. Detach
the relay from the tang, and position aside.

and detach the heated grip wiring. Detach the relay
